I recently had a FREE RFD account activated and received the account info email. (order #6999938440) I was able to login to the billing site, but am unable to login to the DirectAdmin console using the supplied credentials from the account info email. I am trying to go directly to the direct server URL. (I also tried clicking through from the billing site, still says invalid) The FTP account also fails to authenticate with the supplied credentials. Can you please assist? Thanks.
