AutoSSL ticket expiry

#1

I keep on getting these emails about my AutoSSL certificate. I have tried to search for the solution, but I don’t seem to have an “SSL Certificate” option in DirectAdmin. I recently moved my website from another host to this one (about a month ago). Could this be why I am getting these messages? Don’t AutoSSL certificates just renew themselves? Sorry, I know very little about this and I never received any errors like this in other websites that have managed.

WEBSITE: The AutoSSL certificate expires on Dec 19, 2018 at 12:00:00 AM UTC. At the time of this notice, the certificate will expire in 6 days, 10 hours, 46 minutes, and 23 seconds.

AutoSSL did not renew the certificate for ?WEBSITE?. You must take action to keep this site secure.

The ?cPanel? AutoSSL provider could not renew the SSL certificate without a reduction of coverage because of the following problems:

The AutoSSL is from another provider.
